Douglas's new LV (low volume) magnesium wheels have one sole purpose - make your kart perform better. The wheel is specifically designed to limit the air volume in the wheel; with less air (or nitrogen, if you prefer) overall in the wheel, there is less air to heat up while you're driving. This has two major benefits: first, your tire pressures do not increase as much over the course of a race, which gives you a kart that handles more consistently over the long haul, and second, your tires warm up to proper racing temperature faster. The LV wheels are also slightly lighter than regular Douglas magnesium wheels.

M-Series magnesium wheels are made through DWT's proprietary Portion-form process which designates material thickness according to flex, strength and stiffness design formulas. High pressure cast from ultra high-grade magnesium alloy, M-Series wheels have superior strength and high ductility, which translates into selectable stiffness, grip, temperature control and increased tire life.

These all-black, all-business performers are pressure tested and quality-control inspected, before and after powder coating to ensure superior performance and dependability.

The vented wheels feature a tri-spoke vent design that allows cooler tire temps and more air to front brake-equipped karts. All magnesium wheels come standard with beadlocks. Sold in pairs.
